This experience dates back to September 2019, when a company owed me $115,000, referred to here as the defendant. I am the plaintiff, finally from 2020 to February 2021 won the lawsuit, thought I could get the money back, but the defendant ignored the law has been looking for an excuse not to return, and then there is no way to be sued by two plaintiffs, so the company applied for bankruptcy liquidation, the defendant appointed an unscrupulous liquidator, did not reply to the message, did not pay off the debt and pretended to delay time. So I sued the liquidator, and got a judgment in February 2022. The liquidator was indeed negligent, and the court ruled that he should pay me 27,000 Australian dollars in legal fees. In fact, I spent 41,000 Australian dollars, and the legal fees of litigation are usually discounted by the court by 30%. The liquidator has been shamelessly hiding from the court and refusing to accept the judgment, so he can keep withholding the money until it's served. Therefore, I applied for other delivery methods under the advice of my lawyer. Although there were twists and turns in the process such as making up materials and modifying documents, the court also successfully delivered other judgments. When the alternative delivery judgment came down on the day, the other party was anxious and immediately contacted us and offered to pay back the money. I regret that I didn't get to know him earlier, otherwise I wouldn't have been cheated hundreds of thousands of Australian dollars after so many years of litigation in Australia. This part is over, I am really grateful to Alex Sun.
